Why should you Nurse your Baby?

It 2018 and it has long be established that Babies are really well served by being breastfed – and if it is at all possible for you – we imagine you are nursing. There may sometimes be reason that some women cannot nurse their baby and luckily there are now quite good solutions for them as well – but we would argue that the best start to life in being breastfed. And even if your man may not agree, the most important role of your breasts are to produce breastfeeding milk for you kids. So if you can: Get at it.

There are many good reasons for breastfeeding and here are a few:

  • Because breastfeeding milk is the optimal nutrition for your baby
  • Breastfeeding milk holds a lot of so-called and is very rich on antibodies.
  • Breastfeeding milk is widely believed to reduce the risk of for instance infectious diseases but also other illnesses
  • And Nursing will help your uterus contract after birth

The fact is that your body was made to breastfeed and evolution has never made any changes to that.

And you will experience that it is a very soothing time for you baby in the otherwise crazy time of coming into this world. And you will soon see that the nursing experience is a relaxing time for you too. 😉
